As the chosen general contractor for RL Cold and BGO, Greek Design|Build has broken ground on a 216,000 SF cold storage warehouse in Mount Laurel, NJ. Featured in RE-NJ, this state-of-the-art facility at 907 Pleasant Valley Ave. will feature four variable temperature compartments, a USDA inspection area, 27 dock positions, and a 5,000 SF storage mezzanine.
Certified under the U.S. Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED), this project emphasizes sustainability and efficiency.
