As the largest building at Linden Logistics Center, 600 Linden Logistics Way is an 840,212 SF Class A warehouse. This building is distinguished as the largest Peloton center globally, making it a flagship facility for the company. The warehouse is positioned on the waterfront, facing the Arthur Kill River. It commenced construction in Q3 of 2019 and was successfully completed in Q2 of 2021, signifying the successful execution of the project within the anticipated timeline.
Being part of the overall brownfield redevelopment of Linden Logistics Center, the building holds significance in the transformation of the area. One of the notable aspects of this project is the implementation of a rigid inclusion ground improvement system in order to mitigate settlement. Due to environmental concerns on the property, a passive vapor mitigation system was also incorporated into the construction.
During the tenant improvement stage of the project, several upgrades were completed, including the installation of dock receptacles, nearly 100 forklift battery charging stations, and multiple office spaces. This project stands as an impressive testament to the successful brownfield redevelopment in the Linden Logistics Center.
