601 Crossroads Blvd, located within the Logan North Industrial Park, is another successful build for Lineage Logistics, a leading logistics and cold storage company. This project involved the construction of a 182,068 SF cold storage facility with a freezer clear height of 58 feet and in rack sprinklers fed from a park wide common fire pump. The sprinkler design was a dual interlock, pre-action system design for maximum reliability.

Lineage Logistics also required advanced technology for their custom frozen food racking systems, temperature-controlled loading docks, state-of-the-art refrigeration componentry, advanced material handling equipment, oversized truck yards, and rail capability. Greek demonstrated their ability to meet these unique demands and specifications. Due to this accomplishment, Lineage Logistics trusted Greek to build 3 other cold storage facilities across New Jersey.
