After successfully completing Building 1 in 2018, Cifelli Incorporated again contracted Greek to complete the two-building industrial park. Greek again served as the design-build general contractor for the construction of this 300,000 SF speculative distribution warehouse. This modern, Class A warehouse is a tilt wall constructed single-side load building that was completed in 2019.
